- Associate’s Degree in a related field OR three years of technically related field experience in providing audiovisual support.
- InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology (minimum), or an InfoComm International Certification in Audio Visual Technology Installation (preferred).
- SECRET security clearance required.
Perform daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed classroom audiovisual equipment (hardware, software and ancillary and associated items of equipment to include networking and video teletraining (VTT) for TRADOC Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP) classrooms. Daily on-site operational and sustainment support includes: Maintaining on a daily basis a log of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues. Provide status reporting of daily activities, recurring or significant issues, classroom maintenance/preventative maintenance checks and services and issues resolved. Produces audio products of presentations, ceremonies, conferences, and other events, and sets up equipment for others’ use in accomplishing the same.
