Oracle DBA

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle database administration.
• Experience must include performing Oracle installation and upgrades, planning and implementation of database backup strategies, performing successful DB recoveries, and performance tuning.
• Experience must include PL/SQL programming skills including triggers, views, functions and procedures.
• Functional knowledge of the SQL language, including complex joins and SQL tuning.
• Functional knowledge of relational database theory and design.
• Oracle experience with either: (1) Unix/Linux/Solaris and (2) Windows 2K/2003/XP.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell programming (Bourne/Korn/C).
