Position/Title: Contracts/Pricing Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for overall management of the Contracts and Pricing duties for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform analyses for current contracts and assist pricing for new bids.
- Assist senior managers for contract closing procedures.
- Assist planning and development of new business and contract task order pricing. These activities include: schedules, cost/price model development, pricing/cost narrative, and preparation/presentation of management briefings. Experience in all types of contracts (T&M, CPAF, CPFF, and FFP) and cost/price analysis is desirable.
- Analyze business practices and market conditions to evaluate bid responsiveness, contractor responsibility and contractor performance. Present factual information; compose memoranda, minutes and reports, and draft contract provisions and supporting documents.
- Solicit sources of supply and analyze prices, discount rates, delivery dates, previous performance, commitments and indications of financial responsibility and recommend the most advantageous offer.
- Assign work in terms of objectives, priorities and deadlines and provide additional assistance with new or unusual assignments. Plan and carry out recurring work using established procedures.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; a CPA is desirable
- At least two years of experience in contract management and pricing submission
- Ability to work independently and coordinate work with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
