Contracts Administrator / Specialist
Position/Title: Contracts Manager/Specialist
Department: Business Operations
Reports To: Vice President, Business Operations
FLSA: Exempt
Position Summary: Responsible for contract and subcontract management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Involved in full contract life-cycle activities to include proposal support, contracts/subcontracts administration, and contract close out.
- Examines and/or prepare estimates of material, equipment, and labor costs.
- Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy and government specifications and requirements.
- Monitors contractual and program performance to identify and mitigate risks including real/perceived OCIs.
- Interprets contracts, organizes or processes correspondence with customer or subcontractors and monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Coordinate work of various departments, and acts as liaison between company and customer or subcontractors on contractual matters.
- Maintains accurate and complete contract and subcontract documentation.

Education/Training/Experience:
- BA/BS degree in related
- At least two years of relevant experience in administering and monitoring contract performance on Federal Government prime contracts and subcontracts for multiple contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPAF/FF/IF/AT).
- Working knowledge of relevant federal regulations to include FAR, DFAR, NFS, ITAR, and Agency-specific requirements.
- PMP certification a plus.
